instructor’s licences

Renewal of licence if validity had been extended by O. Reg. 105/02

1. A driving instructor’s licence whose term of validity was extended under Ontario Regulation 105/02 is not renewable unless the licence is renewed within one year of the expiry date referred to in subsection 8 (1) of Regulation 586 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990.

Revocation

2. Ontario Regulation 105/02 is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on August 3, 2002.
