Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990

1. Section 5.1 of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2.1) Employers are not entitled to file a written notice under subsection (1) or (2) on or after June 28, 2002.
