Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(Speed Limits)
Note: Since the end of 2001, Regulation 619 has been amended by Ontario Regulations 9/02, 53/02, 55/02 and 152/02. Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations published in The Ontario Gazette dated January 19, 2002.
1. (1) Paragraph 39 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Thunder Bay — Township of Nipigon
39. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate 150 metres measured easterly of Stillwater Creek Bridge in the Township of Nipigon and a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Arthur Street and the King’s Highway known as No. 61 in the City of Thunder Bay.
(2) Paragraph 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Thunder Bay — Township of Nipigon
14. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 17 in the Township of Nipigon in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate 200 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the roadway known as First Street and a point situate 150 metres measured easterly of the Stillwater Creek Bridge.
2. (1) Paragraph 45 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Thunder Bay — Township of Nipigon
45. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate 150 metres measured easterly of Stillwater Creek Bridge in the Township of Nipigon and a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Arthur Street and the King’s Highway known as No. 61 in the City of Thunder Bay.
(2) Paragraph 20 of Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Thunder Bay — Township of Nipigon
20. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 17 in the Township of Nipigon in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate 200 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the roadway known as First Street and a point situate 150 metres measured easterly of the Stillwater Creek Bridge.
3. Paragraph 1 of Part 4 of Schedule 46 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Renfrew — Township of North Algona Wilberforce
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 41 and 60 in the Township of North Algona Wilberforce in the County of Renfrew commencing at a point situate 457 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the northerly limits of the roadway known as Elgin Street and extending northerly a distance of 1000 metres.
4. Paragraph 4 of Part 4 of Schedule 64 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Renfrew — Township of North Algona Wilberforce
4. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 41 and 60 in the Township of North Algona Wilberforce in the County of Renfrew commencing at a point situate 457 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the northerly limits of the roadway known as Elgin Street and extending northerly a distance of 1000 metres.
5. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

District of Rainy River — Townships of Potts, Fleming and Senn
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 615 in the Townships of Potts, Fleming and Senn in the Territorial District of Rainy River lying between a point situate at the northernmost limit of Highway 615 and extending southerly a distance of 4.4 kilometres.
