Amending Reg. 637 of R.R.O. 1990

Note: Since the end of 2001, Regulation 637 has been amended by Ontario Regulation 120/02, 175/02 and 232/02.  Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations published in The Ontario Gazette dated January 19, 2002.

1. Regulation 637 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following section:

17.2 The nursing staff of each home shall ensure that proper and sufficient care of each resident’s body is provided daily to safeguard the resident’s health and to maintain personal hygiene.
