Amending Reg. 832 of R.R.O. 1990

Note: Since the end of 2001, Regulation 832 has been amended by Ontario Regulations 121/02, 173/02 and 233/02.  Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations published in The Ontario Gazette dated January 19, 2002.

1. Subsections 56 (8) and (9) of Regulation 832 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

(8) The nursing staff shall ensure that proper and sufficient care of each resident’s body is provided daily to safeguard the resident’s health and to maintain personal hygiene.
