Application of s. 27 of the Act

1. (1) Section 27 of the Act applies to The Regional Municipality of York.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the council of The Regional Municipality of York that is elected in the regular election in 2003.

Revocation

2. This Regulation is revoked on December 31, 2003.
