Amending Reg. 414 of R.R.O. 1990

(Grapes for Processing — Marketing)

1. The definitions of “local board” and “plan” in section 1 of Regulation 414 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

“local board” means Grape Growers of Ontario;

“plan” means the Ontario Grapes for Processing Plan;
