Amending O. Reg. 33/98

(Prescribed Tax — International Bridges)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 33/98 is amended by striking out “subsection 373.1 (2)” and substituting “subsection 320 (2)”.

2. Section 3 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 373.1 (3)” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “subsection 320 (3)”.

3. Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 373.1 (3)”  in the portion before the formula and substituting “subsection 320 (3)”.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day it is filed and January 1, 2003.
