Amending O. Reg. 77/97

(Joint Investments — Designation of Additional Persons
under Subsection 167.4 (2) of the Act)

1. The title to Ontario Regulation 77/97 is revoked and the following substituted:

Joint Investments — designation of additional persons under subsection 420 (1) of the act

2. Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 167.4 (2)” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “subsection 420 (1)”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day it is filed and January 1, 2003.
