Amending O. Reg. 46/94

(Municipal and School Capital Facilities — Agreements and Tax Exemptions)

Note: Since the end of 2001, Ontario Regulation 46/94 has been amended by Ontario Regulation 266/02.  Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations published in The Ontario Gazette dated January 19, 2002.

1. The definitions of “lower-tier municipality” and “regional municipality” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 46/94 are revoked.

2. Section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “210.1 (2)” in the portion preceding paragraph 1 and substituting “110 (1)”.

3. Section 3 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “210.1 (7)” and substituting “110 (6)”.

4. Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “210.1 (2)” and substituting “110 (1)” and by striking out “210.1 (7)” and substituting “110 (6)”.

5. Section 7 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “210.1 (12)” and substituting “110 (12)”.

6. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2003.
