Amending Reg. 813 of R.R.O. 1990

(Pension Plan for Municipal Employees)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 813 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is  amended by striking out “Act” and substituting “Municipal Act, as that paragraph read on December 31, 2002”.

2. Clause 10 (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Act” and substituting “Municipal Act, as that subsection read on December 31, 2002”.

3. Section 13 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Act” and substituting “Municipal Act, as that subsection read on December 31, 2002”.

4. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2003.
