Amending Reg. 815 of R.R.O. 1990

(Waste Management)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 815 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. Subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Act” and substituting “Municipal Act, as that subsection read on December 31, 2002”.

3. (1) Subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Act” and substituting “Municipal Act, as that subsection read on December 31, 2002”.

(2) Subsection 3 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Act” at the end and substituting “Municipal Act, as that subsection read on December 31, 2002”.

4. (1) Subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Act” and substituting “Municipal Act, as that subsection read on December 31, 2002”.

(2) Subsection 4 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Act” and substituting “Municipal Act, as that subsection read on December 31, 2002”.

5. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2003.
