tax matters — time limits for 2003 under
sections 308, 310, 311, 314 and 362 of the act

Application

1. This Regulation applies with respect to time limits under sections 308, 310, 311, 314 and 362 of the Act for 2003.

Time Limit

2. The time limits under subsections 308 (4) and (5), 310 (7), 311 (2) and (4), 314 (1) and 362 (1) of the Act are extended to May 30, 2003.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2003.
