Amending O. Reg. 387/98

(Tax Matters — Taxation of Certain Railway, Power Utility Lands)

Note: Since the end of 2001, Ontario Regulation 387/98 has been amended by Ontario Regulation 132/02.  Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations published in The Ontario Gazette dated January 19, 2002.

1. Table 16 of Ontario Regulation 387/98 is amended,

(a) by striking out “82.83” in the second column of the row for “County of Haldimand” and substituting “84.11”; and

(b) by striking out “279.33” in the second column of the row for “Ottawa, City of” and substituting “343.70”.
