Amending O. Reg. 392/98

(Tax Matters — Taxation of Certain Railway, Power Utility Lands)

Note: Since the end of 2001, Ontario Regulation 392/98 has been amended by Ontario Regulation 133/02.  Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations published in The Ontario Gazette dated January 19, 2002.

1. Table 17 of Ontario Regulation 392/98 is amended,

(a) by striking out “120.66” in second column of the row for “County of Haldimand” and substituting “123.92”; 

(b) by striking out “468.45” in the second column of the row for “Ottawa, City of” and substituting “565.35”; and

(c) by striking out “404.21” in the fourth column of the row for “Ottawa, City of” and substituting “618.58”.
