Grant — Extraordinary event

Extraordinary event

1. A temporary decrease between January 1, 2003 and June 30, 2005 in the number of residents residing in a nursing home classified as a “B”, “C” or “D” nursing home is prescribed as an extraordinary event in respect of which the Minister may make an additional grant to a licensee for the purposes of section 20.14 of the Act.

Revocation

2. This Regulation is revoked on June 30, 2005.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2003.
