Grant — Extraordinary event

Extraordinary event

1. A temporary decrease between January 1, 2003 and June 30, 2005 in the number of residents residing in an approved charitable home for the aged classified as a “B”, “C” or “D” approved charitable home for the aged is prescribed as an extraordinary event in respect of which the Minister may make an additional grant to an approved charitable corporation maintaining and operating an approved charitable home for the aged for the purposes of section 9.1 of the Act.

Revocation

2. This Regulation is revoked on June 30, 2005.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2003.
