Prescribed payment per bed — clause 6 (a) of the act

Prescribed amount

1. The prescribed amount per bed for the purposes of clause 6 (a) of the Act is an amount not exceeding $50,000.

Commencement

2. This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on June 1, 2002.
