Amending Reg. 90 of R.R.O. 1990

1. Schedule 1 to Regulation 90 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day that the rule made by the Ontario Securities Commission on September 16, 2003 entitled “Ontario Securities Commission Rule 13-503 (Commodity Futures Act) Fees” comes into force.
