Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. (1) Paragraph 30 of Part 3 of Schedule 6 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Regional Municipality of Durham — City of Pickering — Town of Whitby

30. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the City of Pickering in The Regional Municipality of Durham lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sideline 16 South and a point situate 300 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Ashburn Road in the Town of Whitby.

(2) Paragraph 21 of Part 4 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is revoked.

(3) Part 5 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Regional Municipality of Durham — City of Pickering

23. That part of the King’s Highway Known as No. 7 in the City of Pickering in The Regional Municipality of Durham lying between a point situate 330 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Durham Regional Road No. 1 and a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sideline 16 South.

2. Paragraph 3 of Part 5 of Schedule 16 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Simcoe — Town of Midland

3. That part of the King’s Highway Known as No. 12 in the Town of Midland in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of the bridge abutment over the Wye River and a point situate 550 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as King Street.

3. Paragraph 4 of Part 6 of Schedule 68 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Nipissing — Twp. of Field

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 64 in the hamlet of Field in the Township of Field in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 265 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Ecole Street and a point situate 65 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 539.

4. Paragraph 2 of Part 5 of Schedule 150 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 542 and 551 in the Township of Carnarvon in the Territorial District of Manitoulin beginning at a point situate 550 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the easterly junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 551 and extending westerly for a distance of 930 metres.

5. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

City of Greater Sudbury

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7042 (Old Wanup Road) lying between a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 537 and a point situate at its intersection with the easterly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the City of Greater Sudbury.
