Amending Reg. 836 of R.R.O. 1990

(Designated Substance — Arsenic)

1. Subsection 15 (2) of Regulation 836 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Workers’ Compensation Act” at the end and substituting “Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997”.
