Amending Reg. 838 of R.R.O. 1990

(Designated Substance — Asbestos on Construction Projects and in Buildings and Repair Operations)

1. Subsection 17 (6) of Regulation 838 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Workers’ Compensation Act” at the end and substituting “Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997”.
