Amending Reg. 840 of R.R.O. 1990

(Designated Substance — Coke Oven Emissions)

1. Subsection 16 (2) of Regulation 840 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Workers’ Compensation Act” at the end and substituting “Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997”.
