Amending Reg. 845 of R.R.O. 1990

(Designated Substance — Silica)

1. Subsection 4 (1) of Regulation 845 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “engineering control” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “engineering controls”.

2. Subsection 16 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Workers’ Compensation Act” at the end and substituting “Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997”.
