Amending Reg. 846 of R.R.O. 1990

(Designated Substance — Vinyl Chloride)

1. Subsection 16 (2) of Regulation 846 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Workers’ Compensation Act” at the end and substituting “Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997”.
