In any part of Ontario, except in the geographic townships of Chisholm, Boulter, Calvin, Lauder, Papineau, Boyd, Cameron, Clara, Maria, Head, Rolph, Wylie, Petawawa, McKay, Alice, Fraser, Hagarty, Richards, Burns, Dickens, Clancy, Murchison, Airy, Sabine, Clyde, McClure, Bruton, Herschel, Harcourt, Dudley, Harburn, Eyre, Havelock, Livingstone, McClintock, Franklin, Finlayson, Sinclair, McCraney, Butt, Paxton and Ballantyne.

From October 1, in any year, to September 30 in the year next following.
