Dissolution of St. Michael’s Hospital crown foundation

Dissolution of foundation

1. The crown foundation established by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council dated December 4, 1996 under section 2 of the Act and known as the “St. Michael’s Hospital Crown Foundation” is hereby dissolved. 

Transfer of assets

2. Upon the dissolution of the “St. Michael’s Hospital Crown Foundation” under section 1, the assets of the foundation become the assets of the St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation.
