Amending Reg. 628 of R.R.O. 1990

(Vehicle Permits)

1. Paragraph 20 of subsection 17 (1) of Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

 

20.

For administrative costs associated with the issuance or validation of a permit, the fee for which is prorated under a reciprocity agreement or arrangement with another jurisdiction

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day it is filed and October 1, 2004.
