Amending O. Reg. 285/01
(Exemptions, Special Rules and Establishment of Minimum Wage)
1. Sections 30 and 31 of Ontario Regulation 285/01 are revoked.
2. Subsection 32 (1) of the Regulation is amended,
(a) by striking out “subsection 17 (3)” and substituting “subsection 17 (6)”; and
(b) by striking out “to work hours in excess of those referred to in clause 17 (1) (a) of the Act”.
3. This Regulation comes into force on March 1, 2005.
