Amending O. Reg. 73/03

(Tax Matters — Special Tax Rates and Limits, 2003 and Later Years)

1. Subsection 3 (3.1) of Ontario Regulation 73/03 is amended by adding “or 2005” after “for the 2004” in the portion before the formula.

2. (1) Subsection 8 (4.1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or 2005” after “For the 2004” in the portion before paragraph 1.

(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 8 (4.1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or 2005, as the case may be” after “for 2004”.
