deadlines for by-laws adopting optional classes

Deadlines

1. For the purposes of clause 2 (3.2) (e) of the Act, the following date is prescribed as the later deadline for the taxation year indicated:

1. For the 2002 taxation year, April 30, 2002 with respect to the new multi-residential property class.

2. For the 2003 taxation year, May 30, 2003.

3. For the 2004 taxation year, July 30, 2004.

4. For the 2005 taxation year, June 30, 2005.

Revocation

2. Ontario Regulations 46/02, 417/02 and 68/04 are revoked.
