Time limits

1. The time limits for 2005 under subsections 308 (4) and (5), 308.1 (4) and (5), 310 (7), 311 (2) and (4), 314 (1), 329.1 (2) and 362 (1) of the Act are extended to June 30, 2005.

Revocation

2. Ontario Regulation 79/05 is revoked.
