Amending O. Reg. 26/99

1. (1) The Table to subsection 3 (1) of Ontario Regulation 26/99 is amended by adding the following item:

 

Niagara North (No. 30)

(2) Subsection 3 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Condominium Act” and substituting “Condominium Act, 1998”.
