(Housing Projects Subject to Part VI of the Act)

1. (1) Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 339/01 is amended by adding the following in the columns headed “Housing Project” and “Commencement Date” respectively, opposite “Regional Municipality of Niagara” in the column headed “Service Manager”:
