Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(Speed Limits)
1. (1) Paragraph 10 of Part 3 of Schedule 2 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
Elgin — Town of Aylmer — Twp. of Malahide
10. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in the Township of Malahide in the County of Elgin lying between a point situate 768 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Caverly Street in the Town of Aylmer and a point situate 375 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Elgin County Road No. 35.
(2) Paragraph 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked.
(3) Part 6 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
Elgin — Town of Aylmer — Twp. of Malahide
15. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 3 in the Township of Malahide in the County of Elgin beginning at a point situate 206 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Caverly Street in the Town of Aylmer and extending westerly for a distance of 562 metres.
2. (1) Part 2 of Schedule 10 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
Regional Municipality of Waterloo — City of Kitchener
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 8 in the City of Kitchener in The Regional Municipality of Waterloo lying between a point situate 300 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Fairway Road and a point situate 310 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Dixon Street/Montgomery Road.
(2) Paragraph 11 of Part 3 of Schedule 10 to the Regulation is revoked.
(3) Part 4 of Schedule 10 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
Regional Municipality of Waterloo — City of Kitchener
7. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 8 in the City of Kitchener in The Regional Municipality of Waterloo beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Dixon Street/Montgomery Road and extending easterly for a distance of 310 metres.
(4) Paragraph 2 of Part 5 of Schedule 10 to the Regulation is revoked.
