Dissolution of grand river hospital crown foundation

Dissolution of foundation

1. The crown foundation established by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council dated December 4, 1996 under section 2 of the Act and known as the “Grand River Hospital Crown Foundation” is hereby dissolved.

Transfer of assets

2. Upon the dissolution of the “Grand River Hospital Crown Foundation” under section 1, the assets of the foundation become the assets of the Grand River Hospital Foundation.
