Amending O. Reg. 278/98

1. (1) Clause 3.1 (2) (c) of Ontario Regulation 278/98 is amended by striking out “or same-sex partner”.

(2) Subsection 3.1 (4) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(4) In this section,

“spouse” means,

(a) a spouse as defined in section 1 of the Family Law Act, or

(b) either of two persons who live together in a conjugal relationship outside marriage.
