Amending O. Reg. 160/04

(Independent Forest Audits)

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 160/04 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(5) In this section,

“spouse” means,

(a) a spouse as defined in section 1 of the Family Law Act, or

(b) either of two persons who live together in a conjugal relationship outside marriage.
