Amending Reg. 887 of R.R.O. 1990

(Ontario Prospectors’ Assistance Program)

1. Clause (e) of the definition of “associate” in subsection 3 (1) of Regulation 887 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(e) a person to whom the person is married or with whom the person is living in a conjugal relationship outside marriage, or
