Amending O. Reg. 27/05

(Administration of Various Acts)

1. The Table to section 1 of Ontario Regulation 27/05 is amended by striking out,

 

Real Estate and Business Brokers Act	all provisions except for section 52
the regulations made under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act	all provisions

and substituting the following:

 

Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002	all provisions except for sections 50 and 51
the regulations made under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 except for the regulations made under subsection 50 (2) or paragraph 25 of subsection 51 (1) of that Act with respect to a delegation of the power to make regulations	all provisions

2. Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Real Estate and Business Brokers Act” and substituting “Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002”.

3. Section 8 of the Regulation is revoked.

4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on March 31, 2006.

(2) If subsection 1 (1) of the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 has not come into force by March 31, 2006, this Regulation comes into force on the day that subsection comes into force.
