Time Limit For application of rEgulations under Section 88.0.1 of the Act

Prescribed day

1. For the purposes of subsection 88.0.1 (2.1) of the Act, a regulation made under clause 88.0.1 (2) (a), (b) (c), (c.1), (d), (e), (f), (g) or (h) applies only with respect to electricity generated or consumed before April 1, 2005.
