Amending Reg. 328 of R.R.O. 1990

(Endangered Species)

1. (1) Item 4 of Schedule 2 to Regulation 328 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

4. Magnolia acuminata (L.) L. commonly known as Cucumber Tree.

(2) Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following items:

22. Viola pedata L. commonly known as Bird’s-foot Violet.

23. Morus rubra L. commonly known as Red Mulberry.

24. Bryoandersonia illecebra (Hedw.) Robinson commonly known as Spoon-leaved Moss.
