Amending Reg. 845 of R.R.O. 1990

(Designated Substance — Silica)

1. Clause 4 (1) (a) of Regulation 845 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(a) in the case of cristobalite, 0.05 milligrams silica per cubic metre of air by volume; and
