Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(Proceedings Commenced by Certificate of Offence)

1. (1) Items 455 and 455.1 of Schedule 43 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

	455.	Disobey official sign	subsection 151 (5)
	455.1	Disobey official sign — community safety zone	subsection 151 (5)

(2) Schedule 43 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

460.2

Improper use of high occupancy vehicle lane

subsection 154.1 (3)

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of November 29, 2005 and the day this Regulation is filed.
