Amending O. Reg. 157/03

(Cross Border Leases Relating to Toronto Transit)

1. Clause 3 (1) (b) of Ontario Regulation 157/03 is amended by adding the following subclause:

(i.1) by Fitch Ratings or any successor of that corporation as “AA-” or higher,

2. Clause 4 (5) (b) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subclause:

(i.1) by Fitch Ratings or any successor of that corporation as “AA-” or higher,

3. Clause 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subclause:

(i.1) by Fitch Ratings or any successor of that corporation as “AA-” or higher,
