City of Welland — Transitional Tax Matters

Write-off of taxes

1. Despite subsection 354 (3) of the Act, the City of Welland may write off taxes under clause 354 (2) (a) of the Act without first conducting an unsuccessful tax sale under Part XI of the Act.

Revocation

2. This Regulation is revoked on January 1, 2007.
