Amending O. Reg. 399/05

(Calculation of Fees for Pupils for the 2005-2006 School Board Fiscal Year)

1. (1) Clause 3 (2) (c) of Ontario Regulation 399/05 is amended by striking out “subsection (6)” and substituting “subsection (5)”.

(2) Subparagraph 10 i of subsection 3 (3) of the Regulation is amended by adding “of the grant regulation” after “Table 9”.

(3) Subparagraph 9 i of subsection 3 (4) of the Regulation is amended by adding “of the grant regulation” after “Table 9”.
