Amending O. Reg. 243/02

(Licensing Powers)

1. Section 8 of Ontario Regulation 243/02 is revoked and the following substituted:

Electricians, electrical contractors

8. A municipality does not have the power under Part IV of the Act to establish a registry for or to license, regulate or govern electricians, master electricians or electrical contractors.

2. This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2006.
