Amending O. Reg. 412/03

(Deemed Municipalities)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 412/03 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. OMERS Sponsors Corporation, established under section 22 of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Act, 2006, is a municipality for the purposes of section 302 of the Act.

3. OMERS Administration Corporation, continued under section 32 of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Act, 2006, is a municipality for the purposes of section 302 of the Act.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of June 30, 2006 and the day this Regulation is filed.
