Amending O. Reg. 73/03

(Tax Matters — Special Tax Rates and Limits, 2003 and Later Years)

1. (1) Section 8.2 of Ontario Regulation 73/03 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(1.1) The following property is exempt from the application of Part IX of the Act for the 2006 taxation year:

1. Land at the Pickering Generation Station that is described in paragraph 2 of subsection (1).

(2) Subsection 8.2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “In subsection (1)” at the beginning and substituting “In this section”.
